Return Policy

Aeyr Apparel reserves the right to refuse any returns submitted without an approval.

You must complete all steps in the return process, unless notified otherwise on that specific order. Failure to comply with these instructions will automatically be marked as ineligible.

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, or we receive an unauthorized package for return, you will be responsible to contact us via email if you would like the package re-shipped to you. Shipping charges will apply in this case. Unauthorized returned merchandise or packages will be held by Aeyr Apparel for 14 calendar days. After 14 days, the items will be disposed.

Returned item or items must be in original condition and in original packaging with Aeyr Apparel tag still attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of (including but not limited to) perfumes, lotions, bronzer, self-tanning products, deodorant, pet hair, and odor. We are not responsible for damages to items caused by miscare, misuse, or negligent handling of items (including but not limited to instructions on the product’s care label).

In order to receive a refund, you must follow the refund procedure in its entirety.
Time is of the essence!

Standard Return Procedure:

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery confirmation date. Please include your name, a brief description of the item(s) you would like to return, your shipping address, and the reason for your request. A return request placed after 7 days of delivery confirmation will not be honored, accepted or processed. Submit your return request by email: hello@aeyrapparel.com.

We do not refund or reimburse return shipping.

(Items purchased on location at Main Street Market will only be subject to a refund of the lowest offered selling price of the particular item or items, and is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No refund will be processed through Main Street Market directly, but we may arrange delivery and pick up at that location. Submit your return request by email: hello@aeyrapparel.com.)

Aeyr Apparel will send an approval email to the email address associated with you/your order. If you don’t see an email from us, please check your spam or junk folder.

Once approved, package the item(s) securely. Include your return address and order number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package via your preferred carrier to the address in the approval email.

We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number. Lost packages without proof of shipping will not be refunded. Packages received after 14 days of our approval email to you will not be honored, accepted or processed.

Once your return has been received, and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
We do not offer exchanges. Your refund will be separate from a new transaction, should you choose to purchase again.

If you are shipped the wrong item (an item that is delivered to you other than what you ordered), you will receive a full refund of the item’s purchase price, and your cost of return shipping once the unwanted item is returned to Aeyr Apparel. Submit your return request by email: hello@aeyrapparel.com.

In the event of an item becoming unavailable as you have completed checkout, you will receive a full refund of the item’s purchase price, including any additional shipping charges.

The following items are not applicable for return:
Sale, clearance, or otherwise marked down items
Lingerie and hosiery
Leggings
Hats
Scarves
Gloves

Defective item return procedure:

You have 3 days from the day your item is delivered (per tracking info) to notify us a defective item. Report defective claim including your name, your shipping address, order number, and a photo of the defective item. A defective return request placed after 3 days of delivery confirmation will not be honored. Submit your return request by email: hello@aeyrapparel.com.
